New Element Coloring Page! (Oxygen)

Here’s another Chemical Element Coloring Page!  I love making these, and there seems to be quite a bit of interest in them, but they continue to take a back seat to other priorities.  If you would like to see more of these, or even the entire periodic table, let me know!  (I need all the encouragement I can get!)  Comment, like my Facebook page (, and share this post (A Facebook homeschooling group would be a great place)!  The more interaction I get, the more new Element Coloring Pages I will make.

Self Awareness [Get The Life You Want: Part 3]

This is part 3 in the series ‘Get The Life You Want.’  Part 1 can be found here

A few months back i decided to write a book documenting my journey to my dream life, and helping others to accomplish their dreams.  It is not finished yet, but I have decided to start publishing it a few paragraphs at a time as a blog series.

The real work starts here.  If you are determined to live your dream life, you need to know yourself inside and out.  You need to understand your thoughts, feelings, and desires; what created them, and what triggers them.

Finding Your Dream

A Journey of Self awareness and Self Discovery

This can be scary.  You’ll have to face parts of your past, and parts of yourself that have been blocked off from recollection.  You will have to revisit painful memories, relive losses, and sit with your suffering.  It is not going to be easy.  In fact it may be the hardest thing you ever do.  However, even if you had no interest in finding and realizing your dream, either for your own satisfaction or for the good of humanity, truly knowing yourself is essential to your psychological health and well-being.

The first step is to become an observer of your own life; your own actions; your own emotions; your own reactions.  Imagine as if you are something separate from your body, and separate from your mind, and separate from your thoughts.  Something that does not do, say, or think anything.  It only watches.  And it never judges.  It does not have a moral compass, and does not see good and evil.  It only sees things for what they are.  Be the observer, and watch as you live your life.  Watch as you interact with your loved ones, with your co-workers, and with strangers.  Listen to what you say.  Notice how you feel.  At least once a day, sit down in a quiet place, close your eyes, and breath.  Let the thoughts come like waves on the beach.  as they show up, acknowledge them, and release them.  Realize that every thought and feeling that you have is a normal thought and feeling for a human being.  If it was not a normal thought or feeling for a human to have, you would not be thinking or feeling it.

If you have never practiced self awareness, do this for at least a week before moving on to part 4.

Dream Big [Get The Life You Want: Part 2]

This is part 2 in the series ‘Get The Life You Want.’  Part 1 can be found here

A few months back i decided to write a book documenting my journey to my dream life, and helping others to accomplish their dreams.  It is not finished yet, but I have decided to start publishing it a few paragraphs at a time as a blog series.

Most of us probably aren’t living our dream life.  I know I’m not.  In fact, I am not even living a life that aligns with my moral and ethical values, but I’m getting there.  It’s a journey.  It’s an adventure.  And every day I’m a little bit closer to living my dream.

Millionaire-Pastor.  Space traveling Astronaut.  Rock Legend.  Those were some of my childhood dreams.  I was bold and uninhibited.  I let my imagination run wild and followed my passions.  but something happened.  Adults that I trusted and respected performed their mature and adultly duty of crushing the dreams of small children.  They began to explain to me all the reasons my dreams would never come true.  So I began the process of deflating my dreams, lowering my goals, and tempering my ambitions.  I could never be who I wanted to be, I could never have the life I wanted to have.  That,  I was told, was reserved for the select few.  The fortunate.  The elite.  Eventually, when my dreams had shrunk sufficiently, I reached the point when I had scarcely any ambition at all.  No drive.  No motivation.  I had a new dream, one that was a lot harder to fail at:  Do the minimum, just enough to get by.  Exert the smallest amount of effort possible.  My schoolwork suffered, my grades plummeted, my hygiene was meager at best.  for over a decade, I lived that dream. Even as I enter red adulthood.  In fact, the remnants and shadows of that dream haunt me to this day.

I have once again decided to be bold, and dream big.  Not only because I am No longer satisfied with a mediocre meaningless existence, but because dreaming big, an making those dreams happen , is the only way to tackle all the serious problems our society is currently facing. It is the only way for all humans to live in abundance.

My dream is to create a sustainable, ethical, and accessible way for any and every human to get the life they want, radically improve society, an live in abundance.  That is why I came to this planet.  That is my purpose, my mission, and my vision.

What is your dream?  What does your dream life look like?  If you could do anything, have anything , or be anything?  What do you want to give to the world? What would you change?  How do you want to be remembered?

You may have a difficult time answering these questions.  Or, you may be saying, “I just want a good job” or “I just want enough to be comfortable.”  How can you be satisfied merely with your own comfort when you have so many unique and powerful gifts to offer, and there are so many who depend on you?  For many of us, our dreams have been shoved so far inside that we don’t even know where to find them.  We might not even be sure if we ever had any at all.  But rest assured , you have a dream, you have a purpose, and the success and future of humanity depends on you realizing that dream.

In order to bring that dream to the surface, you’ll need to do a significant amount of self discovery.

The next installment will focus on self awareness and self discovery.  These are essential for manifesting your dream, and they are the first steps on the path to the life you were meant to live.

Get The Life You Want: Part 1

A few months back i decided to write a book documenting my journey to my dream life, and helping others to accomplish their dreams.  It is not finished yet, but I have decided to start publishing it a few paragraphs at a time as a blog series entitled “Get The Life You Want.”

Shuffling paperwork for 4o hours a week for 40 plus years, pinching pennies for a meager retirement, and then dying, is probably not your dream life.  I know it isn’t mine.  But in the western world, that is what many of us are electing to do.  We are told to be grateful for this.  “Just be glad you have a job,” or “It could be a lot worse,” or “At least you can put food on the table.” But if we’ve got it so good, why are we not putting more of our energies into helping those who don’t?  Why aren’t we creating systems where everyone benefits, and no one is struggling?  Sure, It could be worse, but it also could be a hell of a lot better.

It seems we have become a sort of fuel.  Fuel for an economic, industrial, commercial system.  To the corporate leaders of the world, we are nothing but a resource, and just like any other resource, they exploit us until there is nothing left.  Well, nearly nothing.  We are, of course, left with the weekends, because they rely on us in two capacities.  Not only are we the valuable laborers, buzzing away at our various thankless and meaningless jobs, we are also mindless consumers.  Trained by so called entertainment, (which is really just highly manipulative advertising in disguise) to believe that if we just had this product, or that car, then we would be happy.  So, we are afforded a small amount of time to fill our role as consumers, and numb our minds with sugar, possessions, and alcohol.  How can any of us be content with an existence that rapes the planet and insults our intelligence?  And all for the benefit of a select few.  It’s time we all started benefiting.  It’s time we started replacing old systems, becoming more innovative, making the world a better place, and getting the life we want in the process.  It’s time we started dreaming big.

Look for part 2 of this series “Dreaming Big” to be published tomorrow, April 4th.

Getting Pumped

I’ve undergone some radical changes in the past month; mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical.  I plan on using that momentum to launch myself into even more rapid growth.

I hope that sharing the experiences along my journey can help others to grow and change as well.

I have some big and exciting things planned for the future, and I can’t wait to get started.  (With that being said, I will be taking about a week off from making daily YouTube videos.)
